Backorders Policy

📌 Cancellation Fee for Held Orders:
If you choose to cancel your held order before the backordered item is restocked and shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs and processing fees incurred by the cancellation.
📌 Cancellation Fee for Shipped Orders:
Once the backordered item is restocked and your held order is processed and shipped, if you choose to cancel the order at that point, the standard 30% restocking fee will apply.
