- You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A restocking fee, which may range from 15% to 30%, could apply based on the brand.
- Some brands may have a return request window of less than 30 days.
2. Coverage:
- Our return policy covers cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refused upon delivery.
The Refund Process

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Damaged Merchandise

Defective Merchandise
Many of our products come with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and details can be found under the "Warranty" tab on the product page. Should you encounter any manufacturer's defects, please inform us, and we will assist you in acquiring replacement parts or a product replacement at no additional cost.
Please Take Note
- Returning the product in new condition and its original packaging to the correct warehouse is your responsibility.
- We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number and securing shipping insurance for your return.
- In the event that we receive an item in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny your return.
- Damaged items may necessitate you to file a claim with your chosen shipping company.
- Used items may either be disposed of or returned to you at your expense.
- Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days, unless you provide alternative instructions in writing before disposal.
- Please allow a span of 7-14 business days after the delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund.
- Attempting to return an item without obtaining a return authorization, past 30 days, or in an unacceptable condition may result in refusal or the item being shipped back to you at your expense. If we accept the return, additional fees may be incurred.
