At Safe Paradise, we understand that hassle-free shipping and delivery are crucial to ensuring your safes are securely delivered. We are committed to making your experience seamless and worry-free. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Carrier & Curbside Delivery:

We rely on trusted carriers such as FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most cost-effective option available to ensure the safe delivery of your safes. Please note that all deliveries are curbside, meaning the carrier will not bring the safes into your home or desired location. If you require assistance, kindly make prior arrangements.

Undeliverable Addresses:

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we do not ship to PO Boxes. If the destination address is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, additional charges for alternative delivery methods may apply.

Full Insurance Coverage:

Rest assured, every shipment is fully insured to protect your valuable purchase throughout its entire journey.

Tracking Information:

You can expect to receive your tracking number(s) via email approximately 2-4 business days after placing your order.

Shipping Timeframes:

• FedEx Ground shipments typically take 4-6 business days from the processing date.
• FedEx Freight or other LTL provider shipments may take 4-12 business days from the processing date. Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary based on the final destination, the items ordered, and other logistical factors.

Cancellation & Restocking Fees:

If an order is shipped and subsequently canceled or refused, a restocking fee of 15%-30%, along with shipping fees, may be applied.

Adjusting Shipping Address:

Should you need to make adjustments or alterations to the shipping address, a $175.00 fee will be incurred. This fee covers charges imposed on us and the time required for a timely address adjustment with the freight carrier.

LTL Shipments for Large Items:

Large and heavy items such as safes may be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and a person must be present to sign for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries or refused shipments.

Damaged Packages:

In the event of visible damage to the package upon delivery, please take clear photos of the damaged box, refuse the package, and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Contact us at support@safeparadise.com with your issue and photos. If there is no damage to the box but damages to the product, inspect your package immediately upon receipt and take pictures. Send us the photos right away. Failure to report damages within 24 hours may result in the rejection of your claim.

Returns & Refunds:

All products must be returned in their original, unused condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Refunds will be processed after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. It may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement, with return shipping charges non-refundable.

Shipping Zones:

Our free shipping offer applies to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. Additionally, free shipping is not available for international destinations, including Canada.

International Shipping & Warranty Considerations:

Shipping our products outside the United States may void the warranty. Our warranty coverage is designed for use within the United States, and international shipping may subject the items to different conditions and regulations, potentially affecting their functionality and performance.
