Free Shipping to the Lower 48 USA
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the lower 48 contiguous states of the USA. Your order will be delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available provider. Please note that the carrier will deliver your order curbside and will not bring it into your home, garage, or business. Kindly arrange assistance if needed.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the same business day.
- Processing time: 2-4 business days
- Shipping time: 4-12 business days
Shipping Time and Tracking
- Tracking Numbers: You will receive a tracking number within 2-4 business days after placing your order. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Estimated Shipping Time: After processing, shipping typically takes 4-12 business days.
LTL Shipments
Large and heavy items such as gun safes, fireproof safes, and security vaults exceeding 155 pounds will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight shipment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the shipment upon delivery.
Damaged Packages
Immediate Action: If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take Clear Photos – Capture images of the damaged box.
- Refuse the Package – Note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill and refuse the package.
- Report It Within 24 Hours – Email support@safeparadise.com with details and photos.
- Important: Failure to report damages within 24 hours of delivery may result in a denial of the claim.
Return Policy
All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, never installed, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping Zones
- Exclusions: Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states.
- Not Available For: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories.
- No International Shipping: We do not ship internationally, including to Canada.
- Returns: Returns for shipments outside our shipping range will not be honored.
